Ugh. I feel left out. I guess I’ll have to grind a job during the summer to get the new Xbox. I don’t even know if I’ll even get a job though…
I can top your target, because in the next few years I need start grinding out money to buy my first ever home instead of looking at renting one. And because of this, I will have to put a new TV on hold for a few years.
Unless I win the lottery of course.

I had been a long time fan of Westinghouse, and it was time for a new screen, and the price vs. image quality, made it the perfect choice for a small room. I gotta admire your dedication to getting the house though, renting is a sinkhole, especially when the owners decide that they want to sell. Best bet is to buy something cheap enough to fix up, or affordable enough to still put money in the bank for something you actually want, and then flip any equity into the next pad.
PROTIP: Always double your first month of your mortgage each year, You can knock 15 years off a 30 year mortgage, by simply putting the same amount as your January payment, towards your principal.
There is a lot of un-used houses in the UK, some even went for £1. But the people who applied for one through a government or council housing plan to bring a once thriving street back to thriving had to get the house to a certain standard. However when the time comes, I will ask my family and co-workers about what is best.
Also I have looked at building a home or getting something along the lines of a mobile home and then placing it down permanently in an area, that does plots of land right next to other mobile homes. But if I did the mobile home thing, most of my neighbors would retired people. However that wouldn’t matter to me.
Just went through about 90 or 80 pages of old stuff and archived it. I still have 60 or more pages left. Looking at my old posts is just nostalgia inducing. I can’t believe how fast I changed on these forums. I used to be a clueless kid messing with everyone. Been really posting since 2009. Also, I’m archiving the first page of FTI since I think that holds the most stuff like banners, and ect.
If you want to see the old FM.net just type in the old forums address on this site called Wayback Machine and click like 2009, 2010 and you’ll probably recognize some old users. Had so much fun back then. I hope we have just as much fun later also.

Well I’ve had my Xbone for about a week and loving it. Think Forza take a little getting use to, but its still amazing and now I just gotta get some pics down.
Hows everyone else finding the game?
Overall, the game is decent. Definitely lacks some core content and features. But other than that, I still do the same routine, take photos, build cars, and play multiplayer. But my newest addiction is doing Rivals Mode in X Class with the Lotus E21. Looking forward to what future DLCs will bring to FM5.
