I completed the Forzathon Valentines day event, “date night” and eagerly awaited the arrival of my promised Silvia S14. imagine my disappointment when the car never arrived! I then began a 2day 3+ hour pingpong between xbox and microsoft trying to find out what was being done about the issue… long story short, NO JOY!!! this is not the first issue of not receiving awards, (missed out on the subaru wrx 15 rally car about a month ago as well) but hey they gave us all a free Lambo ( of which I already had 3…) but hey, a fun game I really enjoy non the less. Just wondering, did anyone else miss out on getting the Silvia S14 they earned yesterday?
Do you have the achievement?
Did you do the challenge during the Forzathon event?
I ask this because you stated you started a 2 day support ticket, that would put the ticket starting on 2/13, the day BEFORE the challenge…

A support ticket? where? the official Xbox forums? They aren’t going to fix Turn 10/PG’s issues simply because they can’t.
They are just a helpdesk, what do they know about anything.
The official support for Forza are on these forums, although it seems they pick and choose which topics to answer or no answer at all.
You realize you are never informed about the car being delivered? It gets added to your garage right away. Also you can only do Forzathon events during a Forzathon, even though the achievement is visible earlier. Or you can simply buy the car from an auction for 200k.
They have dates and times on every single one of them
And you should get a notification at the bottom of the screen which tells you that the cars have been delivered to your garage
It comes up straight after the achievement notification

It doesn’t come up as a s14
