Just like the title says, a coupe weeks ago I made it to forza vet tier 11 but have not unlocked the corresponding badge.

I have a similar issue. When I got the game I was tier 9 and got all the correct driver suits etc but since playing Fm7 I hit tier 10 but have not gained access to the driver suit under this tier level yet.

You only get the driver suits corresponding to the tier you have when you first start the game, you won’t get the suit for tier 10.
