So look like Forza TV is a waste of space, Turn 10 picks hasn’t been updated since last year , could be nice to see something new in there one day.

Your missing the point , it should be like the forza4 storefront, turn10 picks and the most popular were updated weekly.
I understand what you mean by the featured clips not being update; however, the functionality of Forza TV is there and is not a “waste of space” because it still serves the purpose of storing and sharing game clips.
