Installed Forza Horizon 4 ultimate edition, got to play the game, got it working, on a different account bought from my friend, all of the DLC’s are recieved and correct, wheelspins and esential game features like connecting are working without a problem, but when trying to purchase a car, auction a car it shows me this message " FEATURE UNAVEILABLE - this feature has been temporarily disabled" could I get some help on how to deal with this?

I have the exact same issue as you. I have gone over everything i have found online to correct it but i still get “The Forza Horizon 4 Server is Not Available at This time, Please Try Again Later”
It has been like this since i bought the game i only play on PC but i did try on console and same error. Things i have covered…
Confirmed Xbox Live Account
Family Privacy Settings are all set to allow, my account is an Adult (some Microsoft Rep told me to try that)
Allow app/game through firewall
I have completed more than 50% of the game (apparently game completion and progress matters)
I need urgent help on this one, i am missing out on some good cars 
There is was a game update 12 hours ago. The AH stops working until the update is installed.
How far are you within the game? Have you passed the prologue?
