It took me many attempts just to get one clean run.
It’s a tough course to finish clean with all the barriers that the bumps & jumps can throw you into.
2:22.931 was the first clean time I could post in an A-800 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor.
Not sure if I’ll even try to improve on that.
Agreed. Its a tough one. my first clean run was after 5 attempts and wasnt all that great. im going to give it another go right now. but 2:22.9 is a good run. nice job!
Other challenges are still ongoing but I wanted to add something extra. One route - one car brand - two different classes.
The course is a dirt track made for this challenge, it is very technical and requires attention to go smoothly and get a good time.
The name of this tour is Air challenge (share code: 640 494 696)
We will do it with two Abarth cars, 695 class S1 (140 649 161) and 595 class A (550 864 411) all tunes are called Air challenge.
I am very curious which Abarth (s1 or A class) you will do better time.
The rules are the same as always a photo from the final board or a recording.
Good luck!
So for the S1 challenge with the viper ae and with no results to post at the time the challenge ended i figured i would give some extra time, so here are the results for the S1 viper AE challenge.
1st - @AXWELL311 - 5:58.625
2nd - @CRW209 - 6:01.080
3rd - @TBAR1980 - 6.01.562
4th - @EdwardPindol - 6.03.276
Congrats to @AXWELL311 for having the fastest time for this one, great job!
The task of the Air challenge was to find the stickiest line of the route. I don’t want to publish the results here, that wasn’t the point. This was supposed to be a skill exercise.
Soon they will be able to make a great track!
Now I wanted to give you the choice of dirt or tarmac.
We will do it in the mainland - the first one is Bajio trail - A class - Fiat/Abarth/Lancia/Alfa - I think that we have been working a lot on these cars in the dirt recently and we can check how they will cope in the mainland.
The second one is Plaza Track - S1 class - Porsche vs Ferrari - no exceptions.
Let’s do it by Friday (I hope we can do something special later)
Good luck.
If anyone is bored on the weekend, I invite you to check out two new race tracks.
The first one is short (the one with artistic sculpture) but very technical.
The second one is a bit longer and we will achieve higher speeds there.
Have fun
ps. We’ll hold some competitions there
Is this open to any vehicle and class?j just for fun? I might try b700-s2998 and see which fits best
Using the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing on a 11.1 mile long, 1 lap circuit that has fast straights with flowing corners and good transitions, post your best time using the provided share codes. We will leave it open for 5 days. So screenshot your times and post them by 9/22 at 4am PST. Good Luck!
The challenge has recently ended and there are two challenges in total. Bajio trail - A class - Fiat/Abarth/Lancia/Alfa and Plaza Track - S1 class - Porsche vs Ferrari. In both cases, @gAdam6981 took first place, congratulations because I see how much progress he has made.
rest of the results below
We’re coming with an additional challenge!
The track is called PRST Longer (share code: 238 - 911-084) if the code doesn’t work (I modified it in the meantime) it is in my creative hubs.
We will do it with 3 different cars (choose your weapon) each car is different, drives differently and has different advantages (YES! Audi e-tron has them too :))
Audi e-tron 2021 tune code: (prst large) - 998 539 336
Honda NSX-R 2005 GT tune code: (prst large) - 144 190 907
Porsche 911 GT2 2012 tune code: (prst large) - 333 910 023
I’m sure everyone will find something for themselves!
The same rule as always - a photo of the best lap or a video.
Good luck and I hope you enjoy the track
because I don’t have this car, I used the “rent the leader’s car” option and we drove together with CRW, 10 seconds apart, so as not to disturb each other. We did this 3 times
My time is on the board - CRW started 10 seconds later
Yesterday I did a full run of the track (PRST LONGER) with each of the three cars. Maybe not full because I often stopped in the same place (chicane) :))))) I didn’t take photos because these were my first attempts. The differences are very small and I still don’t know which car has the best chance.
Honda 1:12,001 (first car)
Audi 1:11,967
Porsche 1:11,784
I used the cars in this order, which meant that I knew the track best when driving the Porsche.
When it finishes loading, I will add a video with Audi and Porsche
Audi e-tron
Porsche GT2 2012
