I have a problem with Forza Rewards in FM5. It was counting days played without problems but once I got up to 23/50 it just stopped. I signed in several times for a couple of days, hoping it will count it but without success. It is stuck on 23/50 for a week now. I already tried a hard reboot, knowing it won’t help and indeed it did not. Does anybody know how to fix this annoying issue?
With time, the server will catch up. There’s nothing else we end users can do about it, unfortunately.
Well, that’s unfortunate. Any idea why is this happening or am I the only one with this problem? Because if it’s a server issue it’s bound to affect everyone, am I right?
From time to time, the server will lag behind. It’s not that everybody experiences it; it’s just a sporadic occurrence.
Right. This is a bit annoying but it seams I can’t do anything but wait. Let’s hope the server catches up soon.
Ok, the problem just got worse. Now the “Career Minded” achievement got stuck at 90% in the achievement app and I won at least 3 more gold medals in career races at Long Beach since. I’m starting to think it’s a profile issue. Will it help if I delete the profile and redownload it again? Or is my Xbox One messed up?
An update: I redownloaded my profile, synced the game and the achivement fixed itself. However, the days played bar in Forza Rewards is still stuck at 23/50. When will this problem fix itself? I personally don’t like being laughed at by the Forza Hub app by it saying “Play more days in Forza Motorsport 5”, when I sign in every day and still nothing. This is the first time I have a problem like this. Every other Forza game updated days played without any problems.
Same issue here. Stuck on 30/50 for quite a while now.
I am having a similar problem. It says I have 0 cars owned even though I have more than 75… Is that a server issue as well or is it possible to fix it?
Ok, I unlocked Tier 7 and the Days played tab got properly updated. I still don’t know how it got stuck in the first place but moving to the next tier fixed the issue. I guess the new tier forced the server to sync. If anyone has a problem like this, try it and see if it works. Hopefully this won’t happen again.
