Forza Rewards Issue

I had redeemed the following rewards over a year ago but I still have not received it. I have received the rewards redeemed before or after these four rewards.
The rewards are:

Forza Horizon:
2009 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Black
2009 Lamborghini Reventon Roadster

Forza Motorsport 4:
2010 Ford Shelby GT500
1998 Nissan R390

I have had a great experience with Forzas I have. I hope this problem can be solved. I have also posted this information on the Facebook page as comments.

With those two games you have to redeem your rewards in game in the same month you redeemed them on the web or they will be lost. I got burned by the same thing. The rewards from Forza 5 & later stay in the message center until the next time you play the game.

Just to clarify - within 30 days (so you can claim the rewards on the 25th and they will still be there on the 20th of the next month).
