I hope Forza does a tribute to him. Mods, you can move this wherever you deem appropriate.
As we’re posting on our social channels, this is devastating news. Ken Block was a legend in motorsports and has been a friend of Forza since the launch of Forza Horizon 3. He will be dearly missed. Our deepest condolences to his family and the team at @thehoonigans.

This is devastating. Ken has been such a legend in car culture for the last 20 years, and is just allround an awesome guy. Won’t be the same without him.
My condolences to his family and friends.
Rest in peace, Ken.
God, this is horrible. Rest in peace.
Far too young.Sad news indeed.
What a sad way to start the new year
I found out about him when I first played DiRT 2. Then continued to see him in the follow ups and recently his cars in Horizon 4 and 5 (3 too but I couldn’t drive them).
They should do a couple of seasonal challenges as a tribute to him. Bring back the 1 million drift run and a 1 million skill points run in a Hoonigan car.
Motorsports would look a lot different today if not for Ken.
I know I remember plenty of times back so long ago I would jump on Forza just from being inspired by seeing one if Kens videos. Was thinking about him just the other day building a Fiesta Hooning car.
I do hope T10 and PG do a tribute. I cant see Forza as popular to so many just wanting to hone their skills without that man.
Very sad news, an insanely talented man with a nerve as insane to go with it.
In addition to Forza he also did NFS2015 where he appeared in the live action cutscenes for that game himself.
I won’t remember much of the first few post Clarkson years on TG but his segment in the Hoonicorn around London will always be one of them along with of course his first appearance on the show with May.
RIP.
Horrible, horrible news. What a good guy. My heart goes out to his family.
My wife has a pair of pink and black DC Shoes from the mid 1990s, I think they are called ‘Chelseas’ and they were a limited run, and tied into a breast cancer support initiative.
Ken Block and Damon Way both signed these shoes and my wife has had them for well over 2 decades now.
We met through mutual friends who were all avid rally/motorsports enthusiasts and Ken Block was somone we watched and enjoyed for so so long.
I had the chance to meet him once, about 12 years ago now, in New York, and he couldn’t have been friendlier or more down to earth,
God rest his soul.
RIP - Ken Block 1967-2023
RIP Legend
Hoonigone
RIP Legend.
It’s weird to think that both Block and Dave Mirra are both gone now, and Mohammed Ben Sulayem of all people has become the President of the FIA.
Sad news today that Ken has died. Only in his 50’s too.
RIP Ken, you will be missed. LEGEND

Thanks Dave.
They will probably merge my post into it. Only just seen it on the news about 30 mins ago.
Thank you, Ken.
To me, the Steve Irwin of petrol heads. This hurts so much, but your influence will always be alive, speaking to and inspiring people to keep going fast and to find even more new ways to be more awesome.
