I want to see a good line up of various cars like regular affordable cars, sports cars, executive sedans, sports sedans, stationwagons, mpvā€™s, suvā€™s, off-road vehicles and super/hypercars. And because this is motorsport we need to have racing cars too, new and old. The cars featured in the old FM games are a good reference but they should add the new ones as well so we get all the Audi RS6 models like we have all the BMW M5ā€™s for example.

This isnā€™t a list of cars I wish, but rather some questions I have about this.
With many cars included in previous titles, they arenā€™t included in the newer games for obvious licensing issues, especially with now defunct car companies.
Other cars included in older games come from brands that are still in the current forza titles, but some of their models included in previous titles arenā€™t included in newer ones.
Iā€™ll take the Ford Ka as an example. Are cars from older titles (especially 360 era) difficult to implement and not worth the effort? Is it that companies donā€™t want specific cars to be included but are fine with others?

My list of cars, is a mix of awesome cars I want to see return from past games, new cars I think would be good for a nice & diverse car list, must have classics, obscure cool cars Forza could propel into popularity (something Forza does a great job at) & of course, personal favs! I tried to limit it to 12, but instead I just did a ā€œtop 12ā€, with the reply below this being cars Iā€™d love in the game that didnā€™t make the cut to the top 12.

The Panoz LMP-02, Cadillac Northstar LMP-02 and Audi R8 were in the ā€˜LMP900ā€™ category in real life, however I have categorised this under LMP1 for the sake of consistency.

The reason I would like to see these cars back is mostly because they were some of my favourite cars in Forza. The lack of LMP1/LMP2 cars is a little alarming, and the selection of GT cars is nothing compared to what it once was. Iā€™d like most or all of the cars listed back.

Voici mes deux seuls souhaits pour Forza Motorsport 2023 :

Dacia Sandero Tech Road 2019

Subaru Impreza WRX STI 2001

Ce serait super SVP Turn 10:heart_eyes:

This is less of a specific, car-to-car wishlist and more of a general themeā€¦

If I had to choose one though, please add a 1995 Suzuki Cappuccino EA21R!! Want to swap in a K20, wind it up and watch it go!!

Anyways, the point of this post:

Iā€™d like cars to have their basic versions available. You know, instead of having just a 2000 Mustang SVT, Iā€™d also like the option to build up a 2000 Mustang V6, even if that car has a lower performance ceiling in comparison to its premium model.

I understand that Forza has a lot of street vehicles that would need a basic version made for each, which would probably be something like 400 cars.

Itā€™s not an easy thing to do, and it doesnt need to happen from launch, because that would be a gargantuan task.

Add them in slowly, because time is always a factor.

That said, having a collection of cars that a majority of your audience may actually own in real life makes a game feel so much more real.

If this gets implemented ever, it would also be ideal to make the cars that are actually rare in real lifeā€¦ well, rare!

Theres already forza editions which add a lot to the game for replayability, but in the middle of that there can be cars that are hard to obtain.

Like, a step down from how rare the forza edition cars are, easier to obtain but not freely available.

Could be good to have it so that when you level up in game, you can choose to buy one of these rare cars as a reward, or get gifted one in a wheelspin (or motorsports equivalent version of a wheelspin.)

Imagine showing up for a race to see someone else in a rare car that you canā€™t buy right now, or the cool factor of being behind the wheel of a rare car.

Arguably, this feeling as described is missing from the Forza franchise as a whole, and thats a real shame.

Please ftlog add some Electric cars now. I know forza has had a beef with electric cars for years and just a few ever has been n the game (no no friggin hybrids, they arent electric cars). Please add the likes of Tesla , S E X and Y, and Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV 6 aswell as Kona, Eniro etc. These are really good electric cars, and while youre at it, add the Taycan, Etron and ID lineup aswell as the iconic BMW i3. These are cars that would fit perfect in Forza on tracks!!!

Iā€™m tired of 90s/early 00s race cars being left out of Forza, theyā€™re a huge part of motorsport history and they represent some of the most iconic cars of all time. All we ever get is the road going versions of these cars if weā€™re lucky.
