I only have 2648/3000 points for FH4; 1000+gamerscore, 50+ days played, 100+ cars owned and 100+ driver level all seem like the limit of them, but the app says I only have 2K miles driven when the game says over 17,000. Is this what’s causing the points discrepancy and if so what/why etc and is there a way to fix it?
Forza Hub has been a broken mess for a long time…sometimes things aren’t accurate, sometimes games simply do not update at all. Nothing will be done to fix it given that it will no longer be available to download shortly and will be discontinued completely midway through next year as they are bringing in a new rewards system

For me only the gamescore updates with progression, everything else is blank and empty for this title.
Only FH, FH3 and FM5 have tracked fully for me.
FH2 - nothing on miles driven, cars owned, ultimate passes, bucket list items, driver level, perks unlocked or roads discovered; gamerscore, days played and paid dlc owned are maxed out.
FM6 - nothing on unique mods used, miles driven, cars owned, driver level, showcases completed, perfect passes or badges unlocked and days played stopped tracking a couple of weeks ago; paid dlc owned and gamerscore are maxed out.
FM7 - nothing on days played, miles driven, unique mods used, cars owned, driver gear owned, showcases completed, perfect passes or driver level; gamerscore is tracking.
FH4 - nothing on days played, miles driven, cars owned, roads discovered, ultimate passes, driver level, properties owned, car masteries completed or horizon story chapters completed; gamerscore is maxed out.
All those should have significant progress or be finished, especially FH4, so I’m stuck at tier 8, should be 20 or so.
I think it depends on when you played the games, as they seem to update random stats at random times. I’m now up to date on all but the oldest - FM2, FM3 and Horizon, some of the figures on those haven’t updated in months or years it seems. I’ve finally reached the top tier (Tier 13) just in time for them to scrap the whole thing.
It seems that anything needing a reasonable amount of effort to fix just gets left broken or scrapped, which is such a bad experience for the customer. Even this forum is the slowest I use and riddled with issues… whether it’s avatars, posting issues, erroneous tiers and scores, etc. etc. I guess we just put up with it until it grinds to a complete stop, or they’ll close it. A sorry state of affairs in my opinion,

I’ve played these over the last six months only, not before. FH4 is the one I’ve played most - by a long way (all gamerscore, level ~1850, etc). FH and FH3 tracked fine until all maxed out and FM5 is still tracking. None of the others tracked properly at any point and one of the three things that was tracking in FM6, days played, stopped a couple of weeks ago at 37 days played. This week the rewards are delayed, too, got them in FH3, FM7 and FH4 but nothing in FM5, FH2 or FM6.
All academic, I’m not expecting anything to change, though it would be good.
Yep, just sigh and move on, like many things Forza these days.
