Some of my FH4 credit in Forza Hub are not updating, car masteries, gamerscore, driver level and ultimate passes are always zero while others are updating fine, is that normal?

Same is happening to me. No gamerscore, ultimate passes, or driver level. I believe the car masteries may be off a bit to. It is showing 24/400 points. I’ve already maxed out several cars skill point boards.
I got the same problem with fast and furious forza, completed that to 100% a week ago or so and it still hasn’t updated
was trying to get the points up for horizon 4 launch!
