Please launch fh5 on steam. The windows store not only has download problems, its not regionally priced. Games on win store are 4x more priced than on steam. It will be an instant buy if it launches on steam.

If Halo Infinite releases on Steam (which I assume it will), the Forza games would probably be released there too.
