Forza Horizon 5 officially launched on November 9th, 2021 on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles, Windows 10/11 PCs, and Android phones and tablets via Xbox Cloud Gaming, as well as access through Steam and Xbox Game Pass.
WHERE TO POST DISCUSSION TOPICS
Due to volume on topics we prefer to reduce duplicate threads, and may merge new threads into existing ones. If you’re missing a post, you may find it via the “My Topics” link in the upper right corner of the page. Post wish lists in the pinned threads and search for existing threads on your topic before creating a new thread.
Some topics should be posted in the other Forza forums:
- Forzatography - use this forum for sharing your in-game photos
- Paint Booth - use this forum for sharing your livery designs
- Tuner’s Garage - use this forum for sharing and discussing car tuning setups
- Car Market - use this forum for Auction House listings and Gift Drops
- Matchmaking - use this forum for arranging multiplayer connections (casual, competitive, clubs and community recruiting)
- Creative Hub - use this forum for sharing your in-game creations such as EventLab, and external video content.
CONDUCT AND ENFORCEMENT
Forza channels follow a family-friendly standard in tone, which prohibits profanity and circumventing the word filter among other behavior. See the Forza Enforcement Guidelines at Forza Support for specifics. Forum and game enforcement cases are not open for discussion on the forums - all inquiries must be directed to Forza Support which has a link for checking ban history.
All posts here must also be in English.
SUPPORT
While you may find tips from other users here, the Forza Forums are not meant to be a place for technical support service. When dealing with the issues with the game not behaving as intended, you should take the following steps before posting:
- REBOOT: Make sure your devices are updated with the most recent software, and try rebooting to clear the issue.
- READ: Go to the Forza Support site and read the FH5 Known Issues article as well as others in both the FH5 and General sections for existing FAQs and guides that may address your issue.
- REPORT: If you can’t find a solution, use the link at the bottom of any article to Submit a Ticket with your details for the team to investigate. We use these tickets - not forum posts - to identify, assess, and address issues. You will receive an email indicating your ticket has been received with an explanation of how tickets are handled, including “Solved” status, which can be an indication that the issue has been moved from Support to the relevant team for debugging.
