So I have been saving up my Forza Points earned from Forzathons and Forzathon Live events to purchase 3 Super Wheelspins (9 wheelspins in total, costing 450 Forzathon Points) except when I was done buying them I checked my Horizon Life tab and noticed I only had 1 Super Wheelspin ready and 3 regular wheelspins available. And I’m sure one of those wheelspins was from me leveling up. So don’t buy Super Wheelspins I guess. Anyone else had this problem?
I haven’t actually bought any Wheelspins with Forzathon points. They seemed overpriced to me for a roll of the dice that likes to gyp you one way or another.
Yes. I purchased all the available cars/gear in the Forzathon shop and had a good amount of points left so I decided to purchase 3 Super Wheelspins. Went back to menu and I only had one to roll. With that one roll I got 3 pieces of women’s clothing. Last time I waste points on that!
I’ve bought multiple super wheelspins at a time with forzathon points, and have had the correct number available when I’ve gone to use them, so the problem isn’t something that happens all the time.
I do find super wheelspins worthwhile, in that they seem to give you decent cars much more often than standard wheelspins.
My opinion is if you are VIP, earning forzathon points are very easy. 200 for the weekly challenge, 20 for each daily, 60 for the season bonus (7 daily 1 weekly), plus you bank 60 points at each fozathon event. So if you are only participate in one forzathon live each day, you can buy all the shop items plus have some leftovers. If you already own some stuff, then you have even more left.
There are 2 options at this stage, you spend your points on wheelspins (either super or normal), or save them for the next season so you can buy all the shop items again for much less effort.
If you know that you will most likely have enough points for the next season, or when it hits, you realize you bought what you could but still have loads and the season just started, then i don’t see a better option than blowing all your remaining currency on super/wheelspins.
If you are not VIP, then yes, super wheelspins can be a rip off. Unless you grind forzathon live every hour for days, the last thing you wanna see is, to get some fancy skirts, 20k credits and some rubbish car that you wont use in exchange for your hard earned forzathon points.
VIP’s getting the same rewards but they don’t hurt as much, because we get 150 points for half of the effort. I think the devs even tweaked with the odds a bit, because in the first weeks i got very good spins, like i got the 2mil Manor that unlocks fast travel and for that i got 10 super wheelspins. I got 1,8 mil back and the M6 FE which still goes over 400k. But 2-300k spins or spins with 2x 6 digits were pretty frequent, often over 500k per try. Now, not so much.
Edit: didnt encounter the bug OP mentioned fortunately…
except the weekly point bonus still isn’t working, i have missed 480 forzathon points because of this, im not upset about it though, i haven’t spent any points in weeks
