I just really hope for The Prodigy and Fatboy Slim to be apart of the soundtrack also before you say it they are people who use samples so the licenses for the songs might be more pricey than normal.

I would love to see more work from British bands due to it obviously being set in Britain. more British singers would be fun as well. I’d love to see more London Grammar, Keeno, Dusky, Peter Gabriel, Genesis, Bombay Bicycle Club, MIAMIGO, Chris Cookson and a few others. I’d also love to see more small bands like Cruisr, Frills, Blair, Bad Pony, Touch Sensitive and just more unique artists in general.

Would be great if we could get some kind of an oldies station, like 60s-80s stuff. Maybe a funk/soul station, or perhaps some New Wave? IDK, but there seems to be a huge gap between where Timeless ends and Block Party begins, we skip from 1890 to 1990 like there was no music made in between.

Considering companies like Turn 10 are using the “music license expired” as an excuse to delist games (why not just patch those tunes out like Rockstar did with GTA4?), I rather they just use license-free music. I play without music in the first place and if I wanted to, I could just launch Groove and play my music seamlessly.
There’s no way you can have a game themed on a music festival and not have the actual music. Not everyone uses an app or plays without music. Some of us like to cruise to some good tunes. How could you even suggest that in a game like Forza Horizon where music is one of the biggest selling points?
Although you are correct in the whole “festival” theme, the in-game music hasn’t been great at all or ever. As for “biggest selling points”…that’s a big fat NO, are you even serious? I don’t know anyone who stated “gee Forza Horizon is awesome because of the in-game music”. Come on.
As for the app, Groove is from MS, how hard is it to launch Groove while playing and then driving with tunes? You literally hit the Xbox button on your controller, launch Groove, pick your playlist that you created, or an album. etc, enjoy your own tunes for cruising. In FH3, if you created your own playlist, half the time the songs would cut-off, stop playing or move on to the next song, it was borked.
Load up your MP3s to your OneDrive account (which anyone with a hotmail account already has). Boom, you’re done and you can listen to music outside any game you are playing.
How could I suggest this? Simple, delisting games because of licensing. I rather games NOT be delisted.

Okay, I’m going to assume you just haven’t been around much. I’ve seen tons of people who love the music in FH, and you saying that makes no sense at all. Just because YOU don’t like it doesn’t mean it should all be removed.

Personally, I rarely listen to music when driving my 1:1 scale vehicles and have little to no use for music in any version of Forza, so as long as I still have the option to turn off the radio in FH4, I will be quite happy. The sound of the vehicles themselves is my preferred soundtrack.
