Hi guys, my Forza wasn’t opening so i uninstalled it, and installed it on another disk but Forza installed in seconds, I checked how much it weighs, of course it should weigh 74gb but it weighs only 200mb! And now it worse than it was, now when i open it its just a gray screen and game keep closing after 10 seconds. Can u help me?
It’s highly probable that there was an issue with uninstallation on your PC. To verify this you can launch the Powershell as administrator and run:
get-appxpackage
On the list search for something called Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_1.317.19.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe [ofc with different numbers]
If you will find some then try to remove it using this command:
remove-appx package Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_1.317.19.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe [ofc with proper numbers]
Of course you can do this manually searching for the game packages in …\User\AppData\Packages or …\Program Files\WindowsApps\ and deleting Forza folders but this will require some changes in privileges.
Then try to install the game from MS Store.
Sry for my slow response but i had no time. It kinda worked cuz now forza weights 73gb but i still cant play it. I have a gray screen with cars and it closes after 30 seconds. Any other solutions?

You tried to download other Apps ? And check if they install completely ?
I had similar Problem once, i couldn’t install any App. After all i did a Windows Store Reset ( 15 Ways to Fix Microsoft Store Not Downloading Apps or Games Issue )
I can install Windows Apps and now my forza opening but it crashing after 20 minutes and it says that forza weights is 0Mb :l
Me having the same problem almost 6 month. still on forza horizon standard edition with formula drift pack and mitsubishi pack. the game display automaticaly set to very high. but, i cant benchmark the game because after benchmark the game, the game will force close. please help. because i want to play it again
