I as well as a few other people are having trouble launching the game on PC. when clicking play a small screen comes up with a screenshot from the game (similar to horizon 3) and then nothing else happens… I have reinstalled the game again with the issue still happening. Is there anything i can do to maybe fix the issue.

The last Horizon release was buggy for PC as well, I’d check those issues/fixes while you wait for an answer here… might not ever be addressed. I don’t and won’t own a console after seeing the huge difference with a PC…it’s mind blowing, but all the kids want consoles so that’s how this gets marketed, and how responsive the creators/manufacturers are when there are issues. Comes down to a quick buck or an integrated OS. One’s much easier to deal with than the other.

If you are using Riva Tuner make sure you disable game detection.
For me the game only works with Riva turner off 
Same problem here. It’s amazing how every Forza game in the windows store has the exact issue, and still they can’t/are not interested in fixing it. I blame the damn DRM of Windows store, this is the last time I’m giving any money to Microsoft. I’m sure this problem would not exist if the game was on Steam or GOG. Gonna wait a few days for patches, if not fixed by then, gonna call to paypal for a refund.
