My game keeps crashing during the “Press Enter to Start” screen after I press enter. This happened after I fell through the map during freeroam when I was driving around. When I tried opening the map after I fell, it was just a black screen and when I tried requesting for a car, it couldn’t be delivered so I closed out the game and I couldn’t get back in again. I have already sent in a support ticket but it’s been 5 days and no one has responded yet.
I have tried reinstalling the game and the game still crashes. I suspect that my save file is corrupted but when I delete the local save file and stop the game from syncing, the game still crashes.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
Same here, i deleted my save file, because the game wasn’t loading, and even when i tried with a new game the game crashed again. Hope they will fix this soon.
I also have already sent in a support ticket ，6 days passed and still no response。
