LOL. I love how the X360 version was “dumbed down” to make the XOne look like a stronger console. Microsoft, its not our fault you made a weaker system and now trying to make it look like it could hold all these features but in reality the One version has everything H1 has just slightly better graphics. Pathetic.

So after owning the game for 2 days I ended up having to trade it in.
I had contact with Microsoft about getting a refund on the game but they basically said it had nothing to do with them and that it was up to Game Stop to offer me a refund if they wanted. But of course being a reseller they would’t give me a refund.
So thank you Microsoft for me loosing 25 Euro’s on a game that is not what it was promised to be. I won’t hold my breath that I will get an answer to the questions that have been asked to the devs. I also sent emails to turn 10 and Microsoft asking for an explanation but it’s highly doubtful that they will respond.
Really hard to believe how much Turn 10 and Microsoft have robbed Xbox 360 gamers out of there cold hard cash.

What a complete waste of money buying forza horizon on 360 !!! Thank for letting Fans of the forza franchise no you massive disappointments !! what was the point of tell us one thing and doing a total opposite !! nice one !!!

Quite a disappointment to see the methods that are used to try to force people into going next-gen by intentionally butchering the XBOX 360 release, this shows a real lack of integrity and little respect for the costummers that got the game expecting it would at least have the same quality and support as the original Forza Horizon, which btw will get his on-line community even more alienated since a lot of people will be playing the mediocre FH2 XBOX 360 port. In fact it wouldnt surprise me that the original forza horizon servers are announced to be terminated soon in order to make people get this mess of a port.
Why release it for xbox 360 at all if it wasn´t planned to be getting support, this is intentionally releasing a plain bad quality product from a series which at least for me, had a perfect record until now, i will keep playing the good ol classic FH for 360 while the servers are still up since i dont have any plans into going (next gen) on consoles any sooner and cheap tactics won´t change my mind.

I don´t get microsoft it´s not like I don´t have the money but what for? I need to eat, I need to to pay bills service my car buy new summer tires and so on…
A Pirelli in my Dimension costs around 100€, on 4 + 1 spare 500 tadaaa I could simply not change my spare and wait a month and I´m sitting in front of a X1.
But there isn´t even a reason to do that?! Games so far were mediocre at best, and it´s not that big of a leap forward if I´m honest, I saw Destiny on a friends Xbox One and it wasn´t that astonishing…
Maybe it´s because I got a serious gaming rig, I´m used to good visuals but I couldn´t care less about it as long as the game is fun!
I mean I´m still playing Freelancer! XD
My point is I got the money, I got the gaming equipment like 3 screens, a decent surround system and I still dont feel the urge to buy an X1!
They are just going to sit on their X1´s if they continue like that, because right now I´m close to getting a PS4!
After 2 Xboxes and 3 XBox 360´s I am actually close to buying a PS, for years I can´t use my G27 on XBOX, I had to get a Fanatec GT2 to play Forza on a decent wheel.
I only found one good steering wheel for the 1 so far, the Thrustmaster whatever Ferrari 458 dumbidu, I don´t have a problem with Thrustmaster, in fact my first wheel was a thrustmaster 
But should I now get another wheel for another platform? That makes 275€ back in the day for my G27, 520€ for the GT2 to have XBOX compatibility and now another 225€ for the wheel+ 150€ for the shifter?
Honestly I´m gonna stick to my GT2 on 360, I love it, until Fanatec decides what´s gonna happen, but I will not get a complete setup again!^^
This is a little OT, I know, just wanted show some smug X1 it is not only the money thing that prevents people from buying!

I am 99% sure the 360 is more powerful than the original. The last time I’ve seen such a PR and game disaster was when Spore came out in 2008 with DRM and not being what it was shown and said to be.

I’ve actually heard a guy ranting about all the points people have made on the thread in the voice chat. And apparently nobody is playing since I’ve encountered the same guy (he isn’t on my friends list) FOUR TIMES! (He isn’t the guy on the chat though) This seems like what Forza would be if EA made it. Basically its my worst nightmare of what forza would become. This is the only time I’ve been so upset I’ve had to post on the forums of a game. I only use forums to figure out if there are any glitches I need to know about

I heard we are getting the cars that weren’t included on disc as DLC …(360) I only heard this not sure if its true or not…i hope its true but this …this is getting my hopes up and i’m loosing faith in such a great series…
Trust nothing until it comes from Turn 10’s mouth…that is if they can ever pull the duct tape off of it and give us some communication regarding this.

I’ve been a long time fan of the series, having purchased every Forza game released, including most all of the DLC in Forza 2, 3, & 4, and even a bit from original Horizon. However, the handling of this has been poor at best, I am rather glad I decided to hold off a bit on not getting a day-one purchase of a Forza product for a change. This is all information that could have been released prior, and intentionally holding it back until weeks after the release while a good business decision, is not one that is fan-base friendly. Granted at the end of the day T10 as a whole should do quite well from the success of their on going releases.
Given that we are the vocal minority, it’s expected to see the usual barrage of complaints. However it’s that same group that provides word of mouth;
-Broken promises (Printed on the box, no less)
-Intentionally holding back (Features that prior games had, removed or disabled behind the scenes)
-Lack of patches, consistent from Forza 3 onwards (Of which certain other products can and do provide)
A few months later this whole thing will be forgotten, most people will move on, and new fans will take the spot of the old ones that drove this franchise to success in the first place. I realize this will fall on deaf ears, given the lack of any official response to these complaints in general. Should I end up with an Xbox One in the future, I will likely approach future T10 products with great apprehension. Though I will likely still pick-up Horizon 2, it will be done so at a second-hand reduced price point in the future and not first-hand while it’s new. This is not a practice I can directly support, and I will no longer do such.

IN BEFORE THE XBOX ONE FANBOYS GET ANNOYED, UNLESS YOU’VE COMPLETED THE 360 VERSION PLEASE DON’T BOTHER TO REPLY, I KNOW THE ONE VERSION IS BETTER.
Sorry if this is a rant, but I’m starting to get really annoyed with this game; I’ve just started to get the freezing glitch whenever I try to buy cars/change cars from the pause menu, and to be honest, it’s making this game unplayable, as I have to drive to a hub every time I want to change cars and even then I’m not guaranteed to be able to change my car, this isn’t the only glitch I have experienced in this game and to be honest I’m feeling really shafted by Turn 10 here, because I have put my money that I worked hard to get into buying this game, only to be given a bodge jobbbed version of Horizon 1. I really hope Turn 10 fix the freezing glitch as it’s making the game incredibly tedious, due to the need to reboot console every single time the game freezes, which is becoming oh so frequent. I know that I’m not the only one experiencing issues here and I know that it probably won’t be fixed however I can try to voice my opinion.
THIS GAME IS TOTAL TRASH
Yes it looks good, and the cars drive better than in H1, however after that there really isn’t anything that makes this game worth my money. I’m really disappointed by this game and by the way Turn 10 and Microsoft have handled everything. I would have much rather them not release a 360 edition than release this, as I may as well not even have the game and just burnt my money, as it is rapidly becoming unplayable. Here is a list of everything that I have experienced in H2 and believe needs fixing ASAP:
Freezing on change cars/buy cars from the pause menu.
Invisible walls in the middle of roads.
Green/Rainbow Road Glitch.
Save corruption upon uploading designs to storefront.
Exhaust misplacement.
Cheating AI.
Races despawning.
Game freezing on ‘Get Ready’ screen.
Please do something about these glitches, or I’m pretty sure I’m going to take my H2 back to the shop I bought it from and let someone else try and use this clearly broken game.

I honestly am hurt by the poor quality that this game has. There were things (as others have already stated) that were not in the game. My biggest problems were no tuning, no special paints, no dust collection on cars, ect. If Turn10 could even REMOTELY try to add these into 360 version I’d be satisfied. Other than that, I am completely disappointed and going to return my copy and get my money back. Not everyone has $400+ to slap down on a X1, pay monthly for Xbox Live Gold, AND buy $60 games.

The fact T10 and Microsoft refuse to acknowledge this game as theirs is annoying and untrue. If you published and called the shots for it and its in your franchise its your game and responsibility. It also is DESTROYING what’ left of your PR and fans. I don’t understand this nonsense and nobody here will leave until we have the truth. No lies, no poker face no ignoring it. The cold hard TRUTH. Again, I haven’t seen such a bad situation happen since Spore in 2008. It would have been a Awesome/98/4 star game if you gave us what you promised. I was willing to pay more but now I’m sick to the stomach thinking how we got fooled by your promises and how willing I was to pay $50 for it
On a side note: I’m pretty sure you can sue for false advertising and I’m surprised nobody has yet.

I just got Horizon 2 for the 360 and i am unable to make custom paintjobs. I can choose colors, but if I change the hue, saturation, or brightness, the color goes back to the original. Am I the only one having this problem. I have also read some other issues on here and I must say that I am quite disappointed in Turn10 and Microsofts efforts with this game. Because of that I am contemplating going back to Gamestop and getting a full refund and getting a game from someone that wont let me down.

As a forza player starting back with the launch of Forza 1, the lack of info released for the 360 version of FH2 is the biggest let down ever from you guys. It’s obvious by the hundreds of mod edited posts that you’ve let down a HUGE number of your loyal fans. I wouldn’t have spent the money if I had the knowledge that you wouldn’t have anything more to provide to us that are still on the 360. People are pissed. Most are just let down. Sad to say thats this along with the previous problems forza has had…games and lobbies constantly freezing…that to this day still has not been fixed…sadly my time with Forza is coming to a quick ending. Players pay your salaries. As a player…YOU’RE FIRED!!. Glad I never spent the money for forza 5. Glad I won’t be spending any more money on the forza franchise. Turn 10 has lost touch with their roots. Not the company you used to be.
