Sir, I believe you are handling this the incorrectly, but i do understand your pain. This has also happened to me. I have posted here on the fourms and emailed the company about it , but they have overlooked my concerns. I do agree, where is their phone number? I have contacted Xbox support multiple times, and they cannot solve it. They said its a problem that only the developers can fix. Sadly, so far they are yet to respond to me. I would appreciate their help though
