Well, The new Mustang is up and running for Spartan, and the Stag is out of action for a while.
Basically, some smart-ass has decided to knife all of the tires and, every so kindly, stolen the exhausts… Oh joy. Got it on the CCTV though, a trio of hooded chavs with knives and a hammer. Some people these days, it does half make me miffed…
Just bought a set of tires and a new exhaust system for £500. It turned out that they took the ENTIRE exhaust system up to the manifolds…
0.0 … Well that’s awkward… How would you get the time to do that?

Hey everyone! I’ve finally come back into the community and so much has changed. If anyone remembers I was on Team Midnite Run back when Forza 2 was big. And I kinda sorta fell off with things but if anyone remembers TMR Sidekick that was me!

Sorry for the late hello but hello. I lurk on here once in a while and glad to meet ya, though I joined during the beginning of the FM4 era. Still, glad to see some fresh/returning faces.
@Chevelle: They had a set of car jacks and hitched up up, undid the bolts and nuts, and it slides right out. It’s actually really easy.
@Airhawk: How did I get the time to buy the replacements so suddenly? I have a mate/company about an hour away who can either restore parts of re-build them. In their storage, they have 17 rusted Stags that are just dismantled and re-chromed or the parts are just used as a model to be re-created. It’s a bit more expensive than just buying them off Ebay, but I get all of the correct parts that I need.
As much as this was a setback, I kinda needed new tires anyways. The police are currently on the case, apparently one of them is known to them, the others aren’t. I’m really ticked off, but, you know what they say:
“Every cloud”
At least they’re on the case…
Hope the 5-0 overthere find em and put em away for a while. My buddy got her tires slashed… useless police on that campus never found em, and the tires were 500 bucks a pop. Custom wheels and tires, so needless to say, she’s ridin stock wheels right now.
It sucks massively. Lovely little thing to drive it is too. It only has 200hp (which is 50hp give or take more than standard because of the engine rebuild, the addition of a few cooling elements so it doesn’t blow up again and that exhaust system… When it’s actually on the car, haha), but that little V8 is all about the way it’s delivered, not the sheer speed that comes from it.

SO i ran accros a mustang on CL here, with a 302 and a 5 speed for 1000 or best offer. Im SOOO tempted!
Quite a price. What’s wrong with it? I mean, at only 1,000 you can save a lot of money to fix whatever’s wrong.
I’ve gotten really used to driving manual now. Still a little bumpy on starts every now and again and in traffic it can be a pain, but I love it!
