Forza Edition Cars disappear from Buy Cars menu if you do not have the car in your Garage

If you sell a Forza Edition car from your garage (the ones from the VIP pack), that car disappears from the Buy Cars tab PERMANENTLY, making it so you can never obtain another. if you DO have the car, it shows up just fine and you can buy as many duplicates as you can afford
