Forza 7 not saving my fastest laps to the leaderboards

So I was doing some hotlapping in the Forza P2 class on Suzuka’s GP circuit, by doing a 15 lap race with no AI.
I used the same car and tune as the top of the leadboards and eventually managed a fast clean lap.

My time would have been enough for 8th place in Europe, but when I looked at the leaderboard a dirty lap that was ~7 seconds slower was my fastest lap according to the game.

I am not sure what is going on, I just want to know if there is a delay in uploading times, or if I made a mistake somehow.

My assists: cosmetic damage and manual shifting.

Do you happen to have friction assist on by chance
If so the lap times wont register at all

Not to be confused with tcs or traction assist either
