Car culture and world traveler achieve the stuck on 96% which the problem?
Try doing all the tracks again
Write them down and cross them off as you do each one…do the same with the Ferrari
Looks like you have missed one track and one ferrari. .that’s all
There was an issue when the game was first released but there’s no issue now
Try doing a online race at laguna seca…that was the faulty track on release
Car Culture -( Complete a Race with every car from Ferrari), like Talby said make a list and cross off the ones already done.
World Traveler - (Complete a race on every location in Multiplayer) keep playing multiplayer, I’m not sure if DNF counts as a location completion or not, best bet is to go into rivals, select whatever class your preference is, then go through all the locations and see what ones you haven’t set a time for, those would be the ones you need.

I got the Car Culture Achievement easily enough. It’s just a matter of remembering what Ferraris you’ve raced before.
