In free race, the car will auto-homologate, but won’t start the race.
It tells me that “YOUR CAR IS ALREADY OPTIMIZED FOR THIS DIVISION”, then drops back to the race screen. It doesn’t start the race.

I had this and can’t quite remember how I fixed it. I think to go to the free race and load the car then go back to champs with the car already loaded and choose the E series and it does not even ask about it. When I got the car I went around in circles for 10 mins on that bug. It was something a little weird like that anyway.
I know this thread is a few months old, but I’m still experiencing this with many different vehicles (not just Formula E)… I tried making a particular car my drive car but that made no difference. What did work was going into the garage and resetting the car to a default setup and then letting the race auto-homolagate. Without any upgrades the state doesn’t get properly updated, with updates, it does.
