There hasn’t been an announcement about whether the pack is only available with FH4 pre-orders, or if it will be a standalone add-on for every edition of FM7.
Oh no not the typical response again Seriously, whats up with y’all on these forums? Man’s asking a serious question on something that isn’t clear. Either help if you got any info or be quiet. It’s getting tiring seeing people on here who act this way every time. You ain’t funny or cool. Just come across as moronic.
Lol take a breather man. It’s all in good fun. I’m just busting Connors chops and he knows that, anybody that’s been around the block knows that. Also I am cool and funny, ask my mom!
Lol fair enough. My bad it’s just you never really see anyone being helpful around here. & god forbid anyone who criticize the game. We need good vibes around here for sure.
“Players who pre-order the physical edition of the Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition will also receive the Formula Drift Car Pack.”
For the standard and deluxe editions they say that the drift car pack is included in the digital bundle.
But it doesn’t specify if the physical preorder of the ultimate edition is the FH4 drift car pack or the FM7 drift car pack. I don’t see how they would know who preordered the physical copy of the game, but in the past I think it was for preordering FM4 you could email them a picture of your receipt and they distributed download codes for a Dodge Challenger in FM3.
This seems to be the same situation as the Hoonigan Pack last year. I remember you could get the Hoonigan Pack in FH3 if you pre-ordered FM7. I would not buy FM7 until November last year, but I was able to buy the Hoonigan Pack in FH3 separately as any other pack. The reason why I have the Hoonigan cars in FM7 is that I bought the Ultimate Edition.
I hope the pack is available for FM7 without any pre-orders and NOT one of the two remaining packs. I’d much prefer to have other types of cars in the packs, like something very special which has been leaked and has a mechanical link to one of the cars already in the game…
Posted it elsewhere before but this is what I think will be in the pack.
Dai Yoshihara (BRZ) Fredric Aasbo (Corolla IM) [if Toyota doesn’t come back, then I’m guessing it might be Kristaps Bluss (E92)] Vaughn Gittin jr. (RTR Mustang) Tanner Foust [even tho he’s currently not in FD, he did participate in the FM7 bounty hunter and his Beetle is already in the game (V8 Passat)] Chris Forsberg (370Z) James Deane (S15) [if it doesn’t make it, then it could possibly be Federico Sceriffo (599)] Ryan Tuerck (GT86) [same as earlier, if no Toyota then maybe Matt Field (C6 Corvette)]
Just my guesses which will most likely be completely wrong come the release, lol.
Even though I’d rather have other cars, this list is really good. With Hoonigan partnership they could add Kristaps Bluss’ new Eurofighter.
Unfortunately the engine bay would probably stay closed since Bluss stuck a small-block Chevy under that hood, but still.
Despite the swap, the car sounds very close to the original. Due to the new engine, it’s much more beast obviously.
Then there’s all of Vaughn’s Mustangs, Tuerck’s GT4586 (they could sneak that in through a loophole like with the Land Cruiser), and obviously Dai’s BRZ. Yeah, that’s a solid lineup, and would go hand-in-hand with FM7’s improved drift mechanics announced a couple weeks ago.
I just hope this is not one of the 2 packs included in the car pass.
I mean I watch and enjoy FD but in the end of the day they’re just tuned variants of cars that we have already, I’d rather get 7 actual new cars into the game, then this one as a separate pack.
