Having these lovely cars in the game would be awesome. But y’all seriously need to get the engine sound accurate. Watch bullet the famous car chase. Ford Chevy dodge Pontiac Plymouth ect they all had there own distinctive sound from the starter to the exhaust. How about adding sn95 mustangs and new edge. Can we put more detail into the exhaust sounds and how cams make it choppy idle vs exhaust which is incorrect. Exhaust should only make it louder from stock sounding to full race.
Actually there were differences for a example the Tachometer is in kmh and the word Mustang was replaced with T5 and the lights under the chrome bumper were white
Following this logic there would need to be separate topics for almost all cars sold in France (yellow headlights), Italy (additional indicators in front wings mandatory) or Sweden (headlight wipers/washers required) for some years in the 70s-90s - not to mention US spec import cars which required bumper changes and round sealed beam headlights for decades.
Creating separate topics for regional spec changes of the SAME car would create an unnecessary flood of entries diluting the votes.
We also have to keep in mind, if they decide to include a new car, where are they getting that model. As stated in another thread, many of their models are outsourced and they are kinda at the will of the creator as to which car was used to create the model.
In many cases (for high production models) the car would be based on a version from the country of origin. In this case, it would be a US based Mustang.
A lot of BMW we been getting weren’t German spec so I don’t think that’s the case
Depends on how many were sold in the country of origin…the US purchases a lot of cars.
But even with that, it truly depends on who is making the model in the first place, they get what they can, reuse the rest.
I agree on the Boss 429 but a 1965 GT Fastback would be amazing too
@KillerSpectre21 out of curiosity, was the 1970 Mustang Twister involved with the Mach 1?
The “Twister” Mach 1 was a regional special that was sold through mid west dealerships in the Kansas city regional area. There were also “Sidewinder” Mach 1s was another similar “special” sold in Iowa and Nebraska.
Neither of these cars were any different than a standard Mach 1 outside of their respective decals (which were applied by the dealership upon arrival).

Really cool, thank you so much for the explanation

When you think of Ford you think american muscle or big engine, big horse power. Well thankfully this american muscle car brand has done just that. Introducing, one of the most aggressive looking mustangs to existence, this beast was named “The Boss Mustang” they had to add the hood scoop knowen as the “shaker scoop” which was necessary to force heaps of air to feed the iconic powerful 429 cubic inch ford v8 which delivered just over 500+ horsepower but was later tuned down to 375 HP for being too powerful, they even had to reinforce the chassis to hold the beast of a motor. And with less than just 1,400 Boss 429’s ever made, this monster of a machine quickly became a rare collectors car.
