I’ve had the issue basically since the game came out that I was not earning double forzathon points even though the lake lodge was the 2nd home I purchased (free with VIP) when ultimate edition launched on Sep. 28th. Double forzathon points worked for the first couple of days but then suddenly stopped around the 30th of September. I had continued to use the garage at this home so I know this isn’t something that happened a few weeks ago, but when I went to log in Friday the 2nd of Nov., it showed that I no longer owned this home and I had to repurchase it. It’s possible that I have not used the garage at that home in about a week so if you haven’t recently used the house, I recommend checking to see if you still own it. Now that I repurchased the house (it was free again), double forzathon points worked again. I opened a support ticket about this issue last Thursday and will keep it open as this obviously isn’t working as intended, plus I’m still having issues with no weekly bonus, no 2x super wheel spins weekly, races not being marked as completed (even though championship was completed at expert avatar level). Just something to check in case it helps you folks. I’m hoping they didn’t just look at my ticket and delete the house from my account without replying, as I know its standard not to get a support ticket response for a few weeks.
We wouldn’t have deleted the house from your account, but they may have happened due to a recent update relating to fixing the VIP house exploit.
