the fastest build is invisible bodykit, 50/50 weight, race weight reduction + ugly forza wing.
Think I tried that or something very similar first attempt.
Eventually decided on a build without the body kit.
Running 1.52s at Mugello for example losing to people doing 1.50s
Maple valley is usually a strong track for me but again I canāt match the fastest players.
In more positive news the body kitted NSX is also competitive in open A.
You could try this ESV tune from Bruvenow

Itās low aero so you have leeway to adjust grip at each end
Thanks. Will do.
This reminds me, I got to try the Time Attack Mitsubishi Lancer. Its sitting in my car list, and I keep forgetting its there.
Same - especially faster production cars.
I donāt usually enjoy S-class (& some R-class) because that seems to be a danger zone for me where power far exceeds grip & brakes.
I feel a bit more confident in some P-class race cars because they usually have enough grip & brakes for me to manage their speed.
ā¦But only if I can tame how twitchy some of them can be.
Sounds like weāre probably a good match on the track!
I went back to that build and did a low 2.02 at Sebring which is about what I was doing with my best previous build.
In conclusion itās the driver not the car!
High drag builds suffer on power tracks, it shines on Maple Valley, Laguna Seca etc though. Donāt run more than 50% rear aero on Road America and Sebring. 2.02 is a good time btw.
Do you k ow what the build is? As itās got front aero itās not the usual invisi body kit
I run min rear aero 99% of the time.
2.02 is āokā - makes me wonder how the very fastest players do it. Itās just not fair!!
those numbers are for the 2018 HuracƔn Super Trofeo Evo
Ah that makes more sense. Cheers.
I also wasnāt happy with any race tires build.
Ended up with my typical sports tires build that was faster than the race ones I came up.
Did high 2:01s at Sebring which gave me the first win.
Interesting. I was on for a 2.01 but literally fluffed my lines on the final turn. Took me 3 Laps to clear the traffic in that particular race leaving just one chance at a hot lap.
Iām pretty much on your time with the race tire, Iām between 2.01.9s and 2.02.5s in qualifying and I managed to get down to 2.00.9s in the race but generally low 2.01s.
Yeah. Youāre obviously a bit quicker than me as we saw in other races.
High 2.01s is about my limit I think.
Faster faster, weāre still almost in the same rhythm !
What setting do you have on your 458 ? Is your aero low or high ?
Still tweaking it.
Half aero on the front body kit build
Full front Aero on the no body kitted one.
Min rear on both.
And you manage to get some grip ? Iām full aero in front and half in rear with no body kit.
