Not seeing that it’s been mentioned yet, but someone on GTPlanet is saying there are in-game images for a second version of the Honda Acty. The 1994 one too, but also what I can make out to be a pre-facelift 1988/89 model.

This is an interesting case. When playing the preview build, I saw a car called Honda Acty ‘Rakuraku Express’ (in hands of drivatars) but it looked just like the regular Honda Acty '94, nothing like this pre-tuned beast here. I think I’ll add it to the list as a separate model 
EDIT: I’ve mentioned the Rakuraku Express by the 1994 Honda Acty for now.

all we need is Xpeng and either Eagle/Elemental/Exomotive and i think we have every letter of car (except Y, just pray for the Yamaha OX99-11)

They usually do, but this only happens when you finish a race event using said type of car.
This preview build was locked to 3 races and strictly 3 types of car. So all the spawns were pretty random when they did show up. (Resarting the game would help the most)
