Here are the cars I used for the difficulty-locked portion of the base-game playlist.
These cars were tuned to be both fast enough to win, and easier for me to drive [I’ve got arthritis and dexterity issues]. They’re set up for auto shifting, and generally biased more toward grip than power, so you’re not going to set any WRs, but they’re easy wins vs. the bots. The links are to HD YouTube vids of those easy wins. I’ve included a couple Purist options this week, and frankly in both cases they are the better option, as neither car is at all difficult without AWD, with only minimal effort needed toward throttle modulation. The Cayman GTS in particular is just a joy to drive.
The Trial, aka Stock Showdown, 2016 Vauxhall Corsa [purist] tune 175 922 935
2016 Vauxhall Corsa [awd/aero] tune 120 474 736
Twinkle Twinkle Little Porsche, A-800 Porsche. 2020 Taycan Turbo S de-tune 893 504 844
This Taycan is pretty effective vs. bots on dirt, as well.
2018 Cayman GTS [purist] 104 977 956
Racing in the Moonlight, B-700 Retro Sports Cars. 1995 Nissan Nismo GT-R LM tune 139 199 232
In The Air Tonight, A800 Unlimited Offroad. Ford Bronco “Brocky” tune 542 776 388
PR Stunts and Misc., S2-998 Mosler MT900S tune 109 257 137
VW Pickup drift tune by King Posh, 106 129 610
I used the BMW M4 GTS for the photo but any Track Toy works, and any car at all works to smash the cubes.
