Account: Solo account
PC GPU: ASRock Challenger D Radeon RX6600
Peripheral: N/A
Settings: N/A
Xbox Settings: N/A
Attempted fixes: Verified file integrity
Content Update: Began after the update.

Apparently I’m not the only one affected, I made a reddit post on /r/ForzaHorizon about this and people are saying they are still getting this even if they own the Premium edition:

I’ve got the same problem. My VIP not working, can’t drive premium cars that i’ve bought.
Only Hot Wheels park works and offroad map.
It tells me that i’ve already have bought it but i can’t even use it…
I check my account at microsoft store it’s okay.
Xbox app it’s okay.

It’s a second time in this year. The same problem comeback after a few months…
