Fh4 why is the 90 mazda rx7 savanna not on my car list how do you unlock it?

i dont have xbox live or wifi at my house and never logged into it on forza yet so cant buy one from anyone till next pay day or one after that idk if o can afford wifi yet i just wamt to drift a fc

If you’re playing on disc you won’t have access to all cars until you get the first free update online. The Savanna may be one of the cars not on disc:

You have to connect at least one time to get all 482 playable cars included in the base game at launch.

345 of them are on the physical disc (these include 22 Forza Edition cars); another 137 cars come with a free update, which requires you to be connected.

Once you have downloaded all additional cars, you can drive them when offline.

Any additional DLC cars beyond those (such as Car Pass, Formula Drift, Bond, or weekly Forzathon Shop cars for example, will require a connection to download). Again, once downloaded and installed, you can use them offline.
