And everyone in that one uses the spyder!!! Stock!! It’s like wreckfest in that first race.
In fairness, it’s a natural instinct to go with the best AWD option you have for those races, because FH4 equates “the road is wet” to “you’re driving on a literal sheet of ice,” and that’s only multiplied for powerful RWD cars. The Spyder saved my bacon on more than one rainy track, notably that Fortune Island Trial that includes the Needle Climb. I think I eventually went with the Ultima Evolution for that main map Trial, but even then I had to practically nurse the car at certain points to avoid skidding right off the road. Sooooo many ragequits.
I finally learned to quit using the P1 as well lol. That thing is not very controllable in the rain. I did olympic level flips a few times going mach 10 around corners haha. The ultima is highly underrated. It is a car I have been fiddling with in FH4 as of late. Played this for 3 years…and never used it before. It is good for circuits! I think that is what I am going to do when this series ends. Just mess around on the needle climb and the gauntlet races with cars I never used during the season. I came in late I missed out on a lot of chances to use some cars in the trials.

I saw someone else somewhere also mention not having it or getting it also, honestly never appeared as a gift for me BUT very early last Sunday morning (Sth East Australia time) I managed to grab one for 40,000 credits so well not free but it was a dam* bargain I think.
No worries about the CRX tune least I could do.
Only the dailies to do for this season then back to catch your tunes to get winter done.

It’s a great value for the Mosler’s is capabilities. 
You’ll probably get this every time you mention not getting it as a gift but there would have been several other cars gifted including the Nissan GTR PO, Mercedes GTR PO and a C8 Corvette. Did you get the others? You would have had to collect them from the gift messages. Just curious.
Maybe because I picked it up on steam after the delisting announcement was made & like the Hot Wheels car pack they went delete crazy? Or maybe I made a mistake? but I own FH3 the menus aren’t that much different.
If the C8 Corvette Stingray 2020 is it I got that somewhere?, No Nissan GTR PO or Merc GTR PO.

Definitely triple-check in your messages, under the gifts tab, because everybody, including steam players, gets these gifts. Definitely no harm in having multiple Moslers, though, I have four…
I picked up the game on Steam during the big sale, and I didn’t get the Mosler or those two gift PO cars on that account either. I definitely got at least the PO cars on my older MS Store account.
Both PO cars in question are listed as being available in the backstage after the changeover so perhaps it was an intentional change. The Mosler is already in the backstage.

Also if you haven’t already on steam grab the free Mitsubishi car pack, Sunbeam Tiger & Talbot Sunbeam Lotus as I almost missed them.

I check it on the way to collect my business payouts when I log in but as PD_Top_Gun confirmed as a very late buyer it just never appeared for us.
I’ll contact support later today & ask them about what/why etc? & depending report back in the 1 of the seasons to come.
SO it was 100% my mistake speaking to a friend last night I forgot we had tried FH4 out on a brief trial of game pass I had long before it arrived on steam & I’d totally forgotten this.
Now to quote the reply I got from support (funny hotmail marked them as spam)
Support:
“After reviewing your account, we found that you have an older save file for the Xbox/Windows version of the game. We need to let you know that these game saves are not shared between Steam and Windows Store/Xbox. Please note that we don’t have a way to transfer your saved data across platforms.
The inventory from your other game save still exists on the other platform you were playing on (Windows Store/Xbox). If you sign into your account on that platform, you should be able to access your main cloud save when you launch the game.”
