Ferrari 330P | The FORZA Wings won't adjust

Today, I was building and tuning the Ferrari 330P. I put the Forza, Adjustable front and rear wings on it. When I went to go tune it, they both were at 0 (full left). They would not adust. When I drove it, it definitely lacked the stabiklity that those two aero components should have provided. I rebooted my box, to no avail.
