Fanta Toyota Sports 800: Not available for Steam players?

Hopefully they release an FAQ soon like they did for Trolli regarding how to get it on Steam.

Follow up question does it really matter what kind of specially marked Fanta I get or does it matter?

It doesn’t matter but you dont even need one just get a link to the website.

Seems like the promo doesn’t start until April 6 for some countries, maybe we will get info about the Steam code then…

It’s a promotion for the 25th anniversary of Xbox, I doubt there will be Steam codes.

Im starting to think all 550 cars at launch are bloody product tie ins

2 out of 140 revealed cars are promotional product tie-ins…..

Fh5 had 0 product tie ins before launch (1 if you want to include the controller car)

Fh4 had 0 product tie ins before launch

Fh3 had 0 product tie ins before launch

Fh2 had 0 product tie ins before launch

Fh1 had 0 product tie ins before launch

That makes no difference. You specifically stated that you thought all 550 cars at launch would be product tie ins, I simply stated a fact to the contrary.

It’s just marketing to build hype for the game.

My first post was an attempt at sarcasm; making light of my disdain toward capitalist ‘stuff’ such as collaborative marketing.

(Sarcasm is the use of irony, mockery, or bitter remarks to convey contempt)

FH3 did have I think 6 pre order exclusive cars (in that they were fully tuned), depending on where you bought from eg the Audi R8 V10 only from Amazon.

Id actually forgotten all about that. 6/350 is definitely more egregious than 2/550

1965 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta Edition - Code Redemption FAQ

Q: How can I unlock the 1965 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta Edition in Forza Horizon 6?

A: The 1965 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta Edition is available to Forza Horizon 6 players who scan the QR code on a participating Fanta product (specially marked with Xbox IP) OR visit the Fanta promotion site: Scan to Play and Unlock Fanta Rewards | Coca-Cola US

If you are visiting the website on a non-mobile device, you’ll be prompted to scan a displayed QR code with a smartphone or tablet in order to access the promotion’s minigames.

There are 3 different themed minigames available. Regardless of which one you play, you can obtain the same set of rewards. Successfully completing any one of the minigames (each minigame allows unlimited tries, until you get your first win) will take you to the reward selection screen displaying 5 Xbox-published game titles and their respective in-game items.

When you select the Forza Horizon 6 reward option, you’ll be prompted to log in or create a free Coca-Cola account, and link your Xbox account.

An Xbox redemption code for the 1965 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta Edition will be sent to the email address listed on your Coca-Cola account. Learn how to redeem an Xbox code.

Please note that you can only redeem one of the Xbox in-game rewards per week, and each reward can only be claimed once per account.

Q: How long will the 1965 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta Edition be available?

A: The “WANTA FANTA®? COME GET IT” promotion website is available starting April 1, 2026 through July 30, 2026, or until all rewards are claimed (whichever happens first). For more information, please see the Official Rules at The Wanta Fanta®? Come Get It Promotion Official Rules | Coca-Cola US

Q: When will the 1965 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta Edition be available to drive in Forza Horizon 6?

A: If you successfully followed the above steps to receive a redeemable code, the 1965 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta Edition can be added to your garage starting May 15, once you’ve downloaded the latest Forza Horizon 6 update.

Q: What is the in-game PI rating of this car in Forza Horizon 6?

A: Other than applying the themed Fanta livery, no modifications have been made to this vehicle. It has the same PI rating and stats as the stock 1965 Toyota Sports 800 in Forza Horizon 6.

Q: Can I receive a Steam code for the 1965 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta Edition?

A: Only Xbox codes are available for the 1965 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta Edition. Any DLC codes you redeem are not transferable via cross-save between Xbox and Steam.

Q: I have followed all steps and downloaded the content, but I cannot find it in my Garage.

A: If Forza Horizon 6 is running when you redeem your code, you may need to restart the game to receive the car in your garage. Double check that you’re browsing your Garage and not the Autoshow, as the car will not show up there.

So… I have an XBOX code, can I send an email to the promotion or T10 later on to switch to a Steam code? It’s a bit silly Steam isn’t available to choose right away, considering it already seems to be there looking at SteamDB.

Disappointing that this is an Xbox exclusive vehicle…

Does this mean that if you play on both xbox and pc you wont be able to use this car while on pc? Ive never used crossplay before but plan to with fh6.

I know that in previous games people have got cars gifted or through auction that they didnt have the code for and so it wouldnt let them drive it even though its in their garage. Im guessing itll be something similar?

For Xbox console and PC, our overall FAQ covers this for all DLC cases:

Forza Horizon 6 Developer_Direct FAQ – Forza Support

Q: Does Forza Horizon 6 support cross-play and cross-save between PC and console?

Yes, Forza Horizon 6 will support cross-play and cross-save between PC and console versions, allowing you to play with your friends and synchronize your progress regardless of device. In addition, for the first time in a Forza Horizon game, cross-save between Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Steam and SteamOS devices, PC gaming handhelds, and the PlayStation 5 version coming later this year.

Q: If I purchase Forza Horizon 6 on multiple platforms, will I be able to access paid downloadable content without rebuying it?

Any Forza Horizon 6 downloadable content, such as Car Packs or Expansions, will need to be purchased on each platform that you wish to access the DLC on. Players on Xbox Series X|S and PC via the Xbox app will not need to repurchase DLC they already own when accessing the game on Xbox Play Anywhere-supported devices.

This will be a global promo, so maybe many people will be able to get this car without too much agony.
