These pedals (and probably some others) have vibration motors on the throttle and brake pedals. I hope it will be used in FH5, it should work actually exactly the same as vibration on L/R triggers on the Xbox controller
Well bar the fact that the V3 pedals dont even work currently with the game that should give you an answer to this 
My pedals works though, just have to reassign these keys in game
