Hello i wanted to know , which Evo , is faster or better in FH3. Evo 9 or Evo 8 I seen some youtube videos mostly on Evo 8, thats why im asking. ??? Im owing right now Evo 9 ,been thinking to buy Evo 8 but whats the difference ??

For some reason in the Forza games the 8 is faster than the 9, which makes no sense. In real life, Evo 9s have a larger turbo and MIVEC (Mitsubishi’s variable valve timing). This always bugged me considering I’m an Evo owner and enthusiast. Also, the 8 MR in-game doesn’t have a vortex generator, while its real life variant did. Haven’t played in a while so I can’t say the exact in-game numbers, but I remember scratching my head about the specs of the cars in their stock form.

Don’t know about the speed, but the handling on the EVO 8 feels much better than the EVO 9 to me.
I like both in A, iirc the 8 is slightly better but imho you can go with the one you like best. A good tune is all thats needed.

Doesn’t the new one start with more PI? If so, there’s your answer… Less available PI points to play with.
I own one of these, don’t remember which, but my build is for rallying so it’s not very relevant.
