Bug Info: Progression is blocked if player was in the process of completing the C8 Challenge in the Power Tour of Buiders cup on the release of Update 15. Games blocks the C8 Challenge and unlocks the Reward Showcase, but player can’t access the Reward Showcase because he doesn’t have a required car, which shoud be unlocked upon completing the now blocked C8 Challenge.

Sorry, this screenshot in Russian, but it shoud be clear what’s happening there: the last race in C8 Challenge is locked and you can’t start the Reward Showcase because you don’t have Dodge Challenger.
It is saying: “You don’t have D. Challenger '18 in your garage, so you can’t participate in this event”
And it looks like this if you haven’t reached C8 Challenge yet. Note the wrong unlock order. I can’t say if you get Dodge Challenger upon completing the Pony Tour in this case. But it looks wrong.
