Event 10001, DistributedCOM Unable to start a DCOM Server

I got Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition on Wednesday night and since then I have been wrestling my PC to absolutely no avail. The game simply refuses to boot. I’ve reinstalled the game about four times already, I’ve reset the game, the store and Xbox app about seventeen times. I don’t have any overclocking software or any interfaces. My NVIDIA GTX 1060 has driver 417.35 which came out 9 days ago, Windows is also up to date. All I get is an error in Event Viewer,

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_1.228.387.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe!SunriseReleaseFinal as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
“0”
Happened while starting this command:
“C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_1.228.387.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\ForzaHorizon4.exe” -ServerName:SunriseReleaseFinal.AppXtkd2atfxzeqx8366ah1yws2z78mgh5d8.mca

This problem seems to be related to the Store, but on google I’ve only seen people complaining about the problem with Motorsport 7 and Horizon 3, even though my copy of Horizon 3 runs perfectly fine, as does the Horizon 4 demo.

Look at this stage, it looks like I won’t be able to play the game, ever. Can I just ask if there is going to be any update coming out soon that could potentially come to my rescue, or will I be spending my Christmas holidays pointlessly tearing my system to pieces to get this game to boot?
