Breakout elite not unlocking. All events 100% complete
Have you unlocked the Elite events yet?
Hint: You have to complete the drivers cup before the Elite events show then you will see more events in each column and more showcases. You have to complete all of these in addition to all the normal ones before you get the fully completed achivements

Oh, so there is another layer of events. I was under the impression that when all events were complete it would unlock. Thank you for the information.
