Is there a trick to getting the accolades for a couple of the El Camino statue pictures? I’m talking about the statues at the Cascadas waterfall and the single statue in Valle de las Ranas. I did them both (repeats) in three-star time, found the statues and took the pictures of the three under the waterfall and the other one high among the rocks in the canyon, but didn’t get the accolades for them. I did Cascadas twice, after I saw that I hadn’t gotten the accolade the first time. I saved the picture the second time, thinking that might make the difference. No dice.
For what Accolade? Canyon Statue Accolade? Thats in other Chapter (… Wolverstone… no idea what exact name was)
In theory all work and its bit tricky to get right angle/distance to trigger it
Btw if u 3 starred once its enough and you can go slower in later runs. Drive around there until audio triggers (“there she is” or whatever)
And then stay in Mission do first picture and in this screen don’t use A button use the other to save the picture. Dont save go back and stay in photomode change angle and distance (also use the focus button) take another pic shows same complete screen do save/back make another pic and so on. It allows you to take multiple shots in one run
it might be completely bugged for some people as the Forza support ‘known issues’ implies, but I managed to complete the waterfall one through shear trial and error.
Each time I waited for the secondary dialogue to complete (which triggers when you get close to the waterfall) and the took a photo of the statues at various angles until the accolade popped eventually.
