DylanCampbells Drift tunes

If anyone is looking for drift tunes you can search my gamertag, finally got #1 in America yesterday on the nurburgring drift rival. Still need to update with a list of cars sorry I’ve been lazy and working a lot also changed my gamertag to DylanCampbells

could you make a tune for the challenger hellcat pls ?

Made your tune for the challenger and i also made tunes for the koneigsegg and the holden commodore

Can you make one for the Mercedes C63 2012? I’ve been trying to make one myself but I can’t do smaller turns without losing speed or spinning due to understeer

yes i will make that for you tomorrow after work ill post on here when its done

Not looking for specific tune, more advise, given the physics change. I prefer tuning my own, but am at wits end over either spinning suddenly going into turns or during transitions. GT. Tw1stedThoughts. Any advice is appreciated. Currently at 270 on Rio in a RX7 that still isn’t tuned right…

okay add me and i can walk you through what i normally do when im tuning a car

Will do

Drifting has always been a nightmare for me, yet, I am going to give it another try. Just downloaded your “Drift tuned” tune for the RX-7, yet, noticed you also had a 2nd tune (“drift tune4rotor”). Which tracks are best to take these and learn to drift? Thanks!

A tune for a Nissan s15 silvia would be epic if you have time. Also, what makes a drift tune different from a time attack tune? Just tuned for max oversteer or is there some sort of balance like grip tunes?

In reply to hlr I would recommend not using the 4rotor one especially since you’re having a hard time the drift tuned one is easier to control try practicing with that on lime rock and catalunya and drunk moons I believe I made one for that will have to check when I get home and I would be willing to walk you through how I do a tune if you want to add me

Thanks! Will try it out @ both those tracks. I ran a quick test drive and it was HARD…lol…! Will keep trying to learn.

no problem if you’re still having trouble you could add me and i could try to help you get better

That would be great…will do!

Hey Dylan I’m struggling to tune my drift cars for use on the G920 wheel. Any tips or ideas you could share with me?

I was reading that the force feedback is broken on forza 6 i use a controller but im going to get a wheel some time soon but i would search on the forums there was a guy who knows a way to tune it so you can use the wheel

The best way ive seen to tune your cars is to run the suspension super soft and assuming you are using sim steering you should run something similar to my setup.

I run an 07 mustang (RWD) 689 hp, not sure on torque probably like 580 or something.

Tires : 38, 27.5
Gears: Final Drive is 4.10. (Gears are really up to you)
Springs: F350, R250
Camber Toe and Caster: -.9, 0; .1, -.1; 6.4 degrees
Anti roll bars: personally i dont run anti roll bars on this car since it is used in multiple competitions such as TDU (Drift Underground) and soon Title Fight.
Bump and Rebound stiffness: like 12.8 and 11.2; 8.9, 8. (Not exact but accurate) Pros in VFD are starting to run their cars similar to this.
Diff: 60/40

This is basically my setup but a little off. This tune holds full lock on almost any corner and is fast to transfer. Even on a controller. This setup is meant for a wheel set on sim that i made but i used a controller on regular and it works just fine.
