Hey guys
Usually im a race painting kind of guy, but im currently making something new and I’ve come to a point where i cant move on. My idea is to paint a motorcycle and some other stuff, but I want it to look real. My motorcycle looks cartoonish right now. How do you work your way around a design. Making small parts at the time or doing base of the stuff and then go into details?
you need to post a pic of what you have…then we can possibly help
Here is my progress so far, im really not satisfied and dont know how to proceed from here

1st off your off to an excellent start, from there I would start shading on the bike, then the leg and finally the head and body, it’s the shading that’s going to make it more realistic anyway, just keep plugging away at it, lookin forward to see how it turns out

i agree 100% w/ Gr333nz. this is a great start. the devil now lies in the details
this is very similar to how i start an image. i block out each area in a different color and then add the detail as i go.
this sunday im gonna do a twitch live paint thing for those who wanna watch and see how i paint. but this is def off to a strong start
New update on my progress with my livery. Changed bike and I think this looks far better. Still have alot of detailing left, but I think its a decent start

Looking very good Boost! I’m looking forward to seeing the finished product
Thanks Thefishe!
Almost final look of my bike. It sits on 458 layers and I feel satisfied with it. The design is starting to take shape and it looks better than I expected I must say

Looks exceptionally brilliant can’t wait to see how it turns out
Hey guys! Finally done with my car. Its a kind of Ducati tribute, and its on a Audi since well Audi owns Ducati nowadays. Hope you like it
