The ability to change dashboard and driver seat positions along with removing steering wheel and hands.
I would also add the option to look into corners for those playing in cockpit view. Its a handy feature that will help make things a little more immersive for a few people that play on a single monitor, especially with a wheel. 
Seat position adjustment would be nice. Forward, back, up, down, and pitch.
