I have done a few designs now and some of them managed to get a fair few downloads. When I looked at them today I noticed that they all have a big fat ‘0’ for the number of downloads. Why is this?
I’m just starting to do custom designs now including logos that I’m creating, I was hoping to get more downloads from these but the fact that all my current designs have gone down to ‘0’ is putting me off sharing them a slightly. I’ll still do the designs as I enjoy it but it would be nice to get some recognition.
Have you checked your creativeHUB?.. check there to see if there are any download numbers… or check if your designs are still shared…
Just remember to be careful what you do when browsing your own Creative Hub. If you inadvertently select one of your own designs, you will download a second copy into your My Designs folder. Which can cause several issues with sharing, unsharing and stat tracking for that design.

I’ve noticed that sometimes when scrolling through your own designs it’ll start showing zero for downloads, however, if you select that design it’ll show the correct number of downloads (plus likes etc).
^ This is most likely your answer. When just scrolling through your paints in the My Designs section, the download numbers are rarely accurate and many times will all show 0’s. You need to actually select each design where the game will actually go out and query the server for up-to-date download, like and usage numbers.
