Does anybody know how long it takes for Support to get back to me?

So a little over a week ago, I was bidding in the auction house. I ended up losing that auction and I shut off the game out of frustration before I went to reclaim my credits. A few hours later when I re-opened the game to reclaim them, the auction disappeared leaving me with 12 million credits lost. I submitted a ticket but they haven’t responded and it’s been 10 days. Does anybody know how long it would typically take for them to respond back? Thanks.
