Dodge SRT Viper GTS

,

Now, if there’s something I noticed, does the Viper AE is basically the remodeled Viper? I mean, beside the added wheel spacer, this car somehow have “more right” fitment, and the car lining, if that make sense, is like better than the one we have normally, like it’s less blocky

Maybe this is just a “new car bias”, so if I’m wrong, feel free to tell me

Don’t know about the model but the car is definitely not stock. It weighs 1200kg so it has a weight reduction, it handles and brakes like crazy too so it already has tons of upgrades as standard, including wheel spacers. You know this when a street, sport or race upgrade isn’t available

All I know is I spent 30 minutes of my life farming 2 more AEs on the AH and I’ll never do that again.

I had to have a look and got “lucky” within a few searches :yellow_heart:

It reminds me of the oldschool GTS-R’s so to me it has a new car feel too. The window sticker alone adds instant visual separation.

It had 1 race completed and a podium, but no wins and is tuned to X class.

Some work to do there, but it has potential with its gold paint AND go faster stripes.

I believe the 2013 model used as the initial Horizon poster car is not stock: It already went through racing modifications.

As for the X classification on that AH purchase, I personally feel that the AE Viper is better as an A car since it has great acceleration and handling for that class!

It’s a car that’s more user friendly and stable than the other one based on driving it around freeroam. It’s a car with different personality than the other one. I tried to drift it with some off the shelf tunes, I was less than happy with that.

I’d prefer it if they didn’t feel themselves constrained by the Anniversary theme that they felt they had to revert to the old cars and we instead got cars that looked different as well having a different personality. But I do like this Viper, it’s a good car.

Stock tune on non-AE version is awful. I was able to tune non-AE to handle like it’s on rails.

I like it in S1 & S2, there’s also dirt so it’s nice having a spare. I thought it was going to be a one and done.

Can it go to A800 or did you mean S?

Edit: they are appearing quickly in the AH now I checked again. Got another for 1 million CR with 5 out of 5 races won. X class again, though. Think I’ll make this the dirt car. (It had Naruto paint )

Neither are hacked, so that’s a bonus.

Woah, this is an amazing mixed surface racer. :star_struck: Absolutely worth having at least one spare. 3 out of 3 wins in S1 dirt open and it can be driven much better than I drove it.
