DLC Car not showing in-game

This question may have been asked many times but the search keep failing and cannot reference any previous post on this topic to help me. I apologize if this was asked already…

On XBox One, I have quite a few car packs installed (free and purchased) but I cannot seem to figure out how to see/play them in game. In-game I can see the car I won through spinning the wheel but none of the purchased cars.

Can someone point out how to get them in game?

P.S. Don’t tell me to re-install the game…

edit:

To select the cars you still need to ‘buy’ every single car inside the game. But the 1st purchase is free for all DLC cars.

The DLC cars are not automatically added to your garage.
